  1. How long does it take to book an appointment? Emergency patients are seen that day if hours are available. If it´s not an emergency, usually within a day.
  2. Once you arrive at our office, how long is the wait? Usually each patient is seen within 20 minutes of their appointment if not right away.
  3. What are your office hours?
    • Monday 9-1
    • Tuesday 2-7
    • Wednesday 1-6
    • Thursday 1-7
    • Saturday 9-1*
    • Sunday 9-1*
    • *Please note Saturday and Sunday are alternating schedules.
  4. Are you near public transportation? The B3 bus stops right in front of our office. The F train is 2 blocks away.
  5. How can I get to your office by car? Visit Mapquest and enter your address in the box at the lower left where it says Directions To Above Location then click "Get Directions." If you are unable to access Mapquest, please call our office for assistance.
  6. Do you accept insurance? We accept most insurance plans. When you call, speak to the receptionist and tell her what insurance plan you have. She will be more than happy to assist you.
  7. Are orthotics covered by insurance? Unfortunately, there are only a few insurances that cover orthotics. We will try our best to assist you in determining coverage.
  8. Are there steps to climb to get into your office? We are located in an apartment building on the ground level. There are no steps. Patients with handicaps that require use of a wheelchair can enter the office through a back ramp.
  9. What ages do you treat? We treat newborn infants to geriatrics.
  10. Do you treat patients with special needs? Our doctors have been treating patients with special needs for nearly 20 years.
  11. Are you Board Certified? Yes, both podiatrists are Board Certified.
  12. What languages are spoken in the office? English, Spanish, French, and Russian.
